Program and Operations Manager for Mediations organization for two years

I am proud to hold the position of Douglas County Program and Operations Manager for my company. I currently hold a contract with the circuit court for landlord-tenant mediations and small claims mediations. I am also working on building a restorative justice program for my county, not only in the justice system but in schools as well.

I have three wonderful children ages one, three and nine

Recent associate's degree Graduate 

I graduated Umpqua Community College in June of 2024 and am expected to graduate with my Bachelor's in 2027

Through all my busy life though I am happy to be continuing my education through Eastern Oregon University!

I started in Fall of 2024 and am so grateful for this journey
